the correct order, at this very moment, is 1) Python itself, 2) Django, 3) Pythonmnic (whatever that is), 4) TurboGears, and 5) web.py.

Hmmm... and by number of those posting to del.icio.us django has the beat on Turbogears by quite a margin.
My understanding though, is that Turbogears is more flexible in the *type* of appliation it's suitable for though - being a more general solution. (Although I've seen your recent positive experiences with Django Fredrik.)
I'm hoping to build a small web-app with Twisted though, in the not so distant future.
