the origional deadline was the 15th, but due to the shear number of high quality proposals we had to extend the deadline to the 22nd, and we sent a message with that updated date.
The Program Committee chair ran into a problem on monday, but was resolved tuesday. As of yesturday morning he was back on track and I expected to send out the messages late last night (technically within time). Unfortunatly we have not heard from the Program Committee chair. A.M. Kuchling is updating the status for the ones we know for sure. I will be sending out a message shortly.

Just a quick note: we had a ~46% increase in the number of proposals from last year with no overlap in subject matter. More than half of the submissions were made the day of the deadline. It really took the program committee by suprize. A suprize we were more than happy to have!

The community has really stepped up, and we hope to respond in kind with better use of the space, better network, and some fun new suprizes.
