I completely agree with your assessment of WebFaction.. I recently migrated my Plone sites there from the downwardly-spiraling Zettai.net, and I couldn't be more pleased. The control panel they've cooked up is *very* slick.

My only complaint would be the lack of telephone support.. not so much an issue for me, but my customers seem to want it. Go figure.
