Probably not, unless you're willing to spend a lot of time wrestling with wine. Wine doesn't handle .NET applications well: Getting it installed is painful, and even then running any application will end in tears.
Personally, I looked at the effort involved in getting resolver running on linux, and gave up.
I hope you'll eventually find the time to build this under Mono (ironpython supposedly works well with mono, no?). Honestly, I think that's the only way we'll reliably be able to use resolver on linux.
