I was on the Nashville (LPD-13) when Dale Earnhardt augered in. I don't care about NASCAR much, but, there was something really, really creepy about standing in the chowline with a lifesize glowing Dale Earnhardt Coke machine staring at you day after day, meal after meal.

Those are military numbers as a whole - i would be interested to see the break down for each service.

I know the California national Guard has no shortage of enlisted Hispanics. I don't know if that is an Army thing, a National Guard thing, or a California thing.
