These clowns have been saying for better than 5 years that a company I own stock in is a victim of "naked shorts".

I figure this kind of talk scares away investors and in essence is an attack on my investment.

Thus, I think I'll sue them... "Bob O'Brien", Dave Patch and a host of "John Does". Maybe something could come of it?

Short selling is legal, Gary. Why do you constantly confuse illegal activity you could go to jail for, and legal short selling? I read O'Brien's piece, and it said nothing about short selling. And the cartoons were funny, you have to give him that. Sort of like southpark.
