So the SEC can't help but subpeona the people they count on to detect and report crime . What cowards . They should admit they are lost without the Gradients , Herb and short types. Someone should subpeona the SEC records and confirm .

This is so beyond stupid that i gotta figure these SEC subpeonas are window dressing or an attempt to protect themselves against Patrick's and Phil's McCarthy like treatment before they take a real close look at whats going on inside OSTK......Once again, i say subpeona the SEC ...the record will show its the Gradients and press and hedge funds that detect and report crime, not the SEC.. What a embarrassment the SEC has become.
