There are three companies suing shorts with the lawsuit filed by Kasowitz and the PR done by Sitrick.

These are Biovail, Overstock and Fairfax Financial.

There is PLENTY wrong with the latter - but nobody will talk about it because the company sues analysts.

But Fairfax is up. Funny enough - it is also the biggest external investor in Overstock - and the convert...

So when does Fairfax fold? Not now I see - but it is not over.
