I find it simply incredible that people -- including Cuban, but also his fanboys -- don't see how obviously and outrageously unethical and peril-fraught this business model is.

As you may know Skyway Communications whose DC-9 was caught in Campeche,Mexico on April 10 with over 5.5 tons of cocaine was a penny stock endorsed or promoted by Tom DeLay and some Republican 'business' council and also by Titan Corp and by Jeb Bush's Florida Department of Transportation ! Why ? Among its
'investors' are Al Ali Al Sabah head of Kuwait National Guard and of the Kuwaiti royal family !
It just happens,as Daniel Hopsicker discovered,that Texas billionaire Richard Rainwater,who has connections to W Bush dating back to Harken Energy,rented his Dallas-Fort Worth Airport property to Skyway Aviation that is part of this penny stock and cocaine trafficking operation,(or at least his Crescent real estate corp did).
Funny in this small world of billionaires that Richard Rainwater was once a part owner of the Dallas Maverick's along with Ross Perot before Mark Cuban bought it.
While some might suppose CIA connections to the DC-9 and its haul of cocaine - it undeniably has Republican connections.Both Jeb Bush and Tom DeLay are Republicans and had Jeb not wanted to give lend the Florida Department of Transportation name to promote Skyway he could have.
And like Patrick Byrne of Overstock.com who has been a big donor to Republican causes and China Wireless whose Republican CEO used Bellador boiler room of Kuala Lumpur and Dubai to unload its worthless shares on the world - Brent Kovar and his dad from Skyway Communications are heavy doners to the Republican Party who brag of Beltway and White House connections.
Paradoxical indeed is the fact that the founder of Skyway is Michael Farkas an American-Israeli with a far right Kach Party connection to his past while Skyway Communications' major investors, besides some defrauded investors from Kentucky,are about 24 Saudis and Kuwaitis,the head of Kuwait National Guard,Al Ali Al Sabah being one of those ! And W Bush assured his UAE et.al. allies had cleaned up there act and no money laundering etc..If so why do they deal in worthless U.S. penny stocks ?
