Hey, Gary, if you're gonna be hanging at Forbes for an extended period of time, maybe you should take the fat girl out for lunch and show her a Global Links filing or two...

I read that coloumn in forbes.com(I am the only person in my office who reads such site, so my collegues think Iam mad:D) Ur views made me think why our?(Indians) leaders hobnob with dictators and tyrants. I have come to the conclusion that this is because we feel victimised by succesive american governments. On the matter of hobnobing with tyrants can Americans claim to have any better record? Gen Musharaff, Gen Pinochet and many other South American Tinpot dictators(too numerous to be listed)were and are being proped up by u people and are given sophisticated wepons to massacre their own citizens. So as Madonna said in her song "Papa dont preach"!!!!!!!!!!

Viginia Senator George Allen's connection to Xybernaut and thus to Balmore Fund and Refco that was also connected to the pump and dump of Endovasc and so many other U.S. penny stock scams, got me to thinking about penny stocks with a Virginia connection.Securacom,Marvin P Bush, and the Kuwaiti Sabah family,(and 9/11),came to mind.Although both Xybernaut and Securacom were probably incorporated in a different state than Virginia I believe.
Probably in Delaware like Adnan Khasshoggi's GenesisIntermedia to place them in a different class than the lowly and all too abundant Nevada incorporated penny stocks scams.Funny to imagine America and the U.S. government would surrender its responsiblity to guard both the WTC as well as Dulles Airport on 9/11 - much less to a Bush-Sabah penny stock scam !
But the presumed Israeli connection to George Allen's Xybernaut is not to pretty either.:

Gary,
I read your article in Forbes regarding the indo-US nuclear deal. I am an Indian and though i am personally not at all convinced that a country like India, which is blessed with numerous renewable energy resources, needs nuclear technology to augment its energy needs, i am 100 % for increased Friendship between our two countries. Not the least because we share the same values and vision for the world but also because unfortunately we have the same enemy. However, I think the biggest stumbling block in this effort is the US popular media which for some weird reason persists in a negative portrayal of India and Indians. What you are writing and what a large proportion of Bush administration feels remains an elitist dream for now because the popular media and therefore the masses of your great nation do not see eye to eye on this issue. Infact, forget about seeing eye to eye, most of your countrymen don't even see India when they look eastward. Great friendships....great alliances are not built by politicians or state department officials. It's built by people. The people of India have shown to be much more aware of Americans and as successive polls have shown eager to embrace your friendship. Now the American Media needs to make the American public aware of us in india. Until then let us cherish this pipe dream of the great Indo-American century.
