Are you saying then that Byrne's far right crusades such as his private education funding from public school assets and the 'Swift Boat Captains
Against Kerry' that he funded - along with the American Zionist and now Ambassador to Belgium,Fox,and those Christmas ads on Fox 'News' and the money given to Stormy,etc,etc., ALL CAME FROM A FAMILY TRUST AND THUS FROM DADDY JACK BYRNE - INSTEAD OF FROM THE PUMP AND DUMP OF OVERSTOCK.CON'S WORTHLESS SHARES ?! I say you are wrong and that in my opinion all parties named above are unethical parasites and con artists for profiting from the Overstock.con fraud whether their fraud against investors is legal or not .
But you can now document your,in my opinion,erroneous claim(that all Byne's money comes from a 'trust' (rather than the pump and dump of Overstock.con shares and shut me up for good)by showing Byrne is running this scam at no profit to himself and only for the benefit of his chosen insiders to dump the worthless free shares he gives them and for the benefit of Rocker and other shorters.
You would not only shut me up for good but show that both Patrick and Jack are stupid securities innocents in their own right who have funded all those far right causes with their own cash which indeed would been a substantial loss to Byrne's trust if his dady really gave him one and to Jack Byrne himself who then funded all those right wing causes out of his own pocket book without a dime from Pat's(and his) Overstock.con scam.
And because Byrne has made no money of his own other than either the Overstock.con fraud or his daddy's Geico etc.,insurance scam(in my opinion)then you must have proof I certainly don't that daddy has lost a lot of money on all those far right causes mentioned above not to mention a million plus dollars that went for an anti- John Edwards campain a few years ago.

One minor correction, Gary. The judgement was against two gonifs, both of whom were bankrupt and one of whom was in gaol in Florida at the time. It was a default judgment to boot.
It was cons suing cons. I have often wondered if it was not done with all parties participating in the deception.
I propose the auction be conducted at Overstock.com auctions.
in 2008 i purchased shares of USXP because it is still trading and its evaluation looked ok. latter i brozed the internet and discovered that USXP is in court proceedings. and that it might be trading under a new business in the london market exchange. what is its' new ticker? how do i get the USXP actual owner certificates to exchange for the shares trading in london stock exchange?
