There is over-arching consistency here in as much that this is more anecdotal evidence that Byrne is either desperate, or has lost the ability to distinguish between fantasy and reality, or both.

These immunities and protections for Mr. Gunderson, the President of the Company and the Company, are basic and should be decided by the appellate courts before any suspension is imposed.

As far as the Appeal, have you found any issue with law on the Judgment? That Jury Trial nonsense is, well, just nonsense. Altomare's lawyer, Tifford, FORGOT to ask for a Jury Trial! DUH! Can you believe such incompetence in the Court Room? Two points: One, I don't think for a NY Minute that Altomare wanted a NYC Jury. You have seen his 9-11 scams right?? Pure smokescreen. Two, please do NOT regurgitate that crap about "I told the SEC I wanted a Jury Trial"! Tell that to the Marines!! (Ooops, another disgusting unpatriotic slimey Altomare lie!)
And the BK Issue is fraudulent in and of itself. The BK Court set aside 500, 000 shares (do the math to get current shares he could use for Employee Options, dopey), not 40 Billion, which R/S adjusted are about 3 Brazillion Shares.
