A few years ago, Mr. Maris and Biovail provided starkly different representations about the amount of product on that truck that crashed on the last day of the quarter. I wonder if the SEC's Wells Notices are any indication of who's telling the truth there?
Does anyone know how much Fox News received running those silly Christmas ads for Overstock.com, Patrick Byrne and Stormy Simon ? Didn't the money for thosse ads come from the same sourceas Stormy's $1,000,000 'loan and Utah Governor Jon Huntsman's bribes,I mean campaign contributions - i.e.-from dumping worthless Overstock.com shares whilw whining about being
'naked shorted' ?
I only bring this up because the war and fraud mongers at Fox News are now whining about moveon.org getting a discount from the New York Times for running an ad unflkattering to U.S. General Betrayus or Petrayus or however you spell it.
Strange,it is Fox News that seems to hire penny stock con artists like Ollie North who if he had not sacked and looted the supposed bullet proof flack jacket penny stock company he was part of in the early 1990's the U.S. soldiers in Iraq might have flack jackets now ! In fact even if his companies flack jackets were a scam the money Mr.Noth pocketed for himself in that fraud could certainly have paid for a lot of bullet proof vests,don't you think ?
Also shouldn't Fox be taken to task for directed its viewers to James Dale Davidson's far right wing nut website where if they 'buy' his
'news' or political lies they are in danger of being conned further into buying his Israeli Pluristem placenta
'stem cell' fraud,etc. as well !
Who can I send a complaint to -the SEC,the FCC,or where ?
