you defend !? They are as bad as the disease,(bad corp management and stock share manipulators),they would pretend to cure ! I think you have been such a 'Wall Street' and
'securities' insider for so many years you have,(like Beltway insiders who can't see outside their selfish interests),come to confuse securities con artists as 'investors' whoo need you to defend them.
As one defrauded by Endovasc penny stock pump and dump I see your defense of 'Nanes Delorme Partners I L.P., and Pilatus Energy SA, of Zug, Switzerland' as I would if you defended the Israeli Grin brothers or James Dale Davidson against the evil
execs of Endovasc.Evil they may be but they were Endovasc execs partners just as in many ways 'Nanes Delorme Partners I L.P., and Pilatus Energy SA, of Zug, Switzerland' were or are partners of the Vaalco Energy execs they have fallen out with.
It is real and much smaller investors eho are harmed by both sides wouldn't you agree ? I guess you don't......
And not to forget your alma mater businessweek was one of Vaalco's biggest promoters and as very
'select' shareholders 'Nanes Delorme Partners I L.P., and Pilatus Energy SA were the biggest beneficiaries of businessweek's pump.'Nanes Delorme Partners I L.P., and Pilatus Energy SA' as well as their combative exec insider partners at Vaalco should both be thanking businessweek for pumping them up.....

What the NY Post and the New York Times failed to mention among other things was Morris Talansky's coincidental investment in Global Technologies Ltd in the 1990's whose Entertainment Network(purchased from another failed NASDAQ 'company' called INTERACTIVE FLIGHT TECHNOLOGIES, INC.) was blamed for Swissair 111 crash of September 2,1998. What is even stranger is the coincidence of another Israeli controlled U.S. or NASDAQ penny stock,ICTS International, that guarded Logan Airport,Boston on 9/11, was controlled and managed by Menachem Atzmon who was also convicted of money laundering for his and Netanyahu's and Ehud Olmert's Likud Party.

What do you do about a CEO in education? We have a president of our college, Stark State College in Canton that is so greedy and corrupt he is destroying the other people at the once nice place to work.
This is his latest scheme. He decimated the upper management. We lost 2 vice presidents and have 3 dean positions open (They left because of him). He intentially delayed the interviews until after he got a big bonus for enrollment. The increase in enrollment was fudged. He changed the policy of dropping students until AFTER the 14 day measurement for enrollment so we would attain 10% growth. Then he appplied at numerous other colleges and leaked the story to the press causing the board to panic and offer him double his normal salary to stay and fix "his own mess". This president, John O'Donnell's own family motto is "We did not come to this country to be poor". What do we do to get rid of such a nemesis?
He does not even stay there. We are in Ohio and he leaves every Friday to fly back to Boston and stays until Monday.Basically, he only works Tue-Thur.
I like my job, I do not want to leave, but what else can someone do against someone so powerful?
Any advise would be helpful
