If the earnings were better than expected, some way would have been found to say something about that before the Jan options expired. It's hard to see an an EBITD profit. They can't use the one time charge reversal "revenue" trick again. Maybe they will exclude free shipping as an expense.

Has anyone reported Bagley to computer crime authorities? Obviously it would do no good to refer the matter to the Utah AG. But, you would think that there are law enforcement officials somewhere out there who are interested in curbing these types of abuses.
What makes you think he hasn't been reported? I have said previously that when journalists are victims of crimes they have an obligation to report it to the authorities. Getting a press card does not require relinquishment of one's rights as a citizen.

I believe the BB site is run by an opportunist who is looking to capitalize on potential publicity of the perception that Byrne is behind the site. It's not very hard to figure out who the guy is and what his corporate affiliation is. It's all over the net.
