Sorry, it was unintentional! And incidentally, judging from a gag-inducing 2004 newsletter from JDD that I just saw for the first time (anon sent it to me and no, he is not Tony Ryals), Davidson richly deserves a place in Baloney history.
Only thing unclear is hard evidence that this character is still enmeshed in the world of Baloney.
Can you write up the newsletter? I like Tony but I can't understand a thing he writes.
I think it's dismally two-faced of our regulators that so-called unaccredited investors are on the one hand are forbidden from investing in profitable albeit speculative vehicles like hedge funds, yet no such restriction applies to their participation in exponentially more speculative, corrupt, and unregulated penny stocks.
Yet it's precisely the kind of uninformed dupe that would invest their life savings in a pump and dump that these regulators are supposed to protect.
As Greg Newton points out, the lamentable Chris Cox was one of the gadzillion people who submitted clemency pleas for Scooter Libby.
