My sentiment exactly. It is sickening to watch her walk away, being made a legitimate millionaire with the help of our government.

Oh great. Gloria has decided to play Sharpton with ruth as her twana brawley.
The back story to her comments is, of course, "why is this happening to people like us"?
The progression from achievement to entitlement is not pretty to behold.
Gosh geeeeeee, gloria. Ruth is a criminal, most likely. Doth her vagina excuse that? Did the $15 million in bernie funds leaking into her account happen without her knowledge?
The world weeps that ruth is left with only $2.5 million. Thank god that gloria is here to publicize her plight. Provance is so pricey these days.

Here's one to pay some attention to,
one of the scumbag John Reed Stark's
SEC cyber fraud dept. employees sends a message apparently to the sleezy NCANS aiding and abetting scumbag SEC Inspector General(ha)H.David Kotz and Mary Schapiro and some media outlets before she then unsends it.
This is interesting because the scumbags at the SEC blocked my posting on their scammy SHO website just before Chris Naked Shorts Cox began railing about naked shorting of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac etc.
and right when the NCANS gang was being allowed to spam the SHO board overtime and at the exact time those stocks(Fannie Mae,Fredie Mac,AIG, Lehman Brothers,etc.,etc.), made their big final collapse last year.
And I noticed someone(s) has been somehow manipulating Google search of my article on the sleezebag crook David Kotz and his meeting with David Patch, even though it remains on most of the indymedias I posted it on.
H.David Kotz is the kinda guy only a Barack Osama,Rahm Emmanuel and gay male brothel operater Barney Frank

SEC Says 'Spoofed' E-mail Called for Inspector General's Firing
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission said an electronic message
scolding Chairman Mary Schapiro and urging her to fire the agency's
inspector general was sent by an outsider posing as an SEC employee.
The mass mailer, distributed to the chairman, SEC commissioners and
reporters who cover the regulator,
"was sent from outside the agency's
network," spokesman John Nester said yesterday. The message, sent
using the e-mail address of enforcement attorney Irene Gutierrez, was"spoofed," Nester said.
The message urged Schapiro to terminate Inspector General H. David
Kotz, calling him "incompetent and corrupt." It also targeted
Schapiro, saying she's too concerned with congressional and media
perceptions of the agency and claiming she mishandled the February
resignation of former Enforcement Director Linda Thomsen, who came
under fire for missing Bernard Madoff's $65 billion Ponzi scheme.
Kotz, who is probing the SEC's failure to detect Madoff's fraud, has
stepped up internal investigations and published reports faulting the
enforcement unit since joining the agency in 2007.
His March report on stock transactions by two SEC attorneys that he
said "raise suspicions of insider trading" triggered a rebuke of the
agency by U.S. Senator Charles Grassley.
"It's hard to imagine a more serious violation of the public trust"
than SEC employees profiting from non-public information, Grassley, an
Iowa Republican, said in a statement issued last month. Kotz said he
referred the matter to criminal authorities.
Schapiro subsequently banned employees from trading stocks of
companies bei

OJ walked away from a double homicide rap.
Michael Jackson walked away from a pedophile rap.
Robert Blake walked away from a homicide rap
Marc Rich bought himself a Presidential pardon and walked away from his rap (civil penalties were still applicable though, I think).
Patrick Byrne and his cabal have walked away without so much as a knuckle wrap one fuzzy financial reporting quarter after another.
So, this is no surprise.

Here's a bit more about Madoff and H. David Kotz.I am biased based upon experience but I doubt whatever the scumbag Kotz was up to in meeting either Madoff or David Patch it was not for the god of defrauded investors. He's as bad as they are.

Bernie Madoff: SEC Investigator Fingered Bernie In '04; SEC Chief Lori Richards "Resigns"
July 9, 2009, 2:41AM
June 17 - SEC Inspector General H. David Kotz meets with Bernie at the Metropolitan Corrections Center in Manhattan for three hours. The purpose of the meeting was not publicly disclosed.
July 2 - Zachary Goldfarb at the Washington Post reports that Genevievette Walker-Lightfoot, a former SEC lawyer, told her boss in March 2004 that information provided by Bernie during an investigation didn't add up. Walker-Lightfoot's concerns were set aside in favor of another SEC investigation considered more pressing......
July 8 - Bloomberg, Reuters and the Washington Post report that Lori Richards, Director of the Office of Compliance Inspections and Examinations, has resigned from the SEC to "take on new challenges". Richards has been heavily criticized because her office failed to uncover Bernie's Ponzi scheme during three investigations of BMIS conducted since 1999.
Richards was Eric Swanson's boss during his ten-year stint at the SEC. She attended the Swanson/Madoff wedding and subsequently recused herself from the Madoff investigation......
On the surface, it looks like Mary Schapiro leveraged the story about Walker-Lightfoot's concerns about Bernie to depose Richards.
Richards' last day is August 7th, fueling speculation that Schapiro wanted her out before SEC Inspector General H. David Kotz releases his report on the Madoff investigation in August.
According to Goldfarb, Schapiro has only received a limited briefing on the investigation so it is unlikely that she was the source of the Walker-Lightfoot leak to Goldfarb.
Goldfarb said the leaked information came from "sources familiar with the investigation" and that he inspected related SEC documents. The more likely candidate is someone from within the inspector general's office. Perhaps Kotz wanted give Richards an opportunity to resign gracefully before his report became public.
Based on theWaPo account, Walker-Lightfoot nailed the problem with Bernie in early 2004. She told her boss that she had nine followup questions for Bernie but they were never asked. If she had been permitted to pursue her inquiries, Walker-Lightfoot may very well have uncovered the fraud.
Walker-Lightfoot left the SEC in 2006 after filing a complaint about working in a hostile environment at the SEC. The case was reportedly settled in her favor.
After she was taken off the Madoff investigaton by Donohue, Walker-Lightfoot's work papers were passed to her colleague, Jacqueline Wood, who sh
