There is a Universal Express Lite already waiting in the wings. And isn't there always another wretched outfit ready and willing to step up to the plate when one of these dead-beat outfits keels over?
Eagletech supposedly filed an amended complaint recently. (Ever notice how these whack-job outfits end up filing amended complaint after amended complaint before they finally get dismissed with prejudice?) Look for Burrell, Faulk, "O'Brien", Patch, and the usual list of suspects to tout this latest, greatest "naked shorted" train wreck.
At least Eagletech's already been revoked and there won't be any new victims, but it'll keep the gulliblers mesmerized.

The online petition is a hoot given how brainwashed the 687 sheep were. Or should I say "are". For a more troubled read, check out Exhibit E, "Threats", from the USXP receiver's report: http://www.duediligencenet.com/d.../usxp/

Another quote from Flod Norris sums up the situation in the comments section to an earlier post:

2:36 pm FYI is correct. It appears that The Times has an unpaid bill for that amount.
When the ad ran, there was criticism from one contributor to this blog, asking “whether the ad as it was printed met the newspaper’s legal standards for what is permissible under First Amendment free expression, or whether it amounted to aiding and abetting some incredibly brazen white-collar criminals.”
A Times official defended the decision, saying: “To limit a company’s right to free expression to voice their opinions would, in our opinion, cut off an important vehicle of free speech.”
It appears that this really was “free speech.”

Eagletech' CEO Rodney Young and USXP's Richard Altomare have always been dueling banjos when it comes to riling penny stock shareholders to squeal like stuck picks about being victims of naked shorting. Here is a Rodney Young classic: http://www.faulkingtruth.com/Art...ng101/
1050.html. Here is an email he wrote yesterday disparaging USXP's receiver as part of the conspiracy: http://investorshub.advfn.com/

Jeff-the revelations have just begun. Now that the receiver is involved, all the USXP records are subject to FOIA.
My first is for credit card record detail, but that's just the first.
