Don't forget to include Ciro Rodriguez in his bid to reclaim the 28th CD for Democrats in South Texas.

Ciro Rodriguez does not have a chance in hell to win the 28th District. The district is majority Laredo and the Bexar county portion has horrible turnount.
The choice in the race comes down to two people: the incumbent Henry Cuellar, who endorsed George Bush for President, supports CAFTA and private school vouchers and then there is Richard Raymond, a dedicated Democrat who is a strong supporter of Social Security and public education.
We HAVE to knock off Cuellar. Raymond is the only one who can do it.

I agree with having to "knock off Cuellar". But look at history - with super high turnout (>50%) in Webb County (Laredo) and low turnout (about 15%) in Bexar County (San Antonio), Cuellar was able to pull out only a 58 vote "victory". Your numbers as to "majority Laredo" are only true if San Antonio/Bexar County sit on our butts again, and not vote.
By the way, neither Cuellar nor Raymond live in District 28. They both live in the 23rd. Why not run there?
The true representative should be a Democrat (not Cuellar) and live in the 28th (not Raymond) - Ciro has always represented San Antonio and the ENITIRE district well. Look at Cuellar and how much has gone to Laredo instead of San Antonio since he's been in DC.
