Jeffrey, you are wrong in your assertion that the tea parties are linked to neo-nazi and nazi groups and white supremacists. That is a slander and you should be ashamed of yourself--I had thought better of you--you disappointed me. There is absolutely no evidence to support that contention and every evidence to oppose it.
Be that as it may, it is a matter of legitimate concern for those of us supporting the Tea Parties. We don't need either genuine white supremacists such as the Aryan Brotherhood and their ilk or ACORN types posing as white supremacists to try to come in and sully our efforts. Organizers and attendees at tea parties need to keep vigilant. If you see someone brandishing an anti-Semitic or racist sign or hollering epithets, then contact your organizers and/or law enforcement and remove them. Also, remember the dance scene from "The Grapes of Wrath" where they neutralized the party crashers...that works too.
I'll be at the Raleigh tea party tomorrow! Let's hope someone gets in my face and calls me an extremist. LOL

Doesn't ADL represent a specific group of people? Every group wants to paint other groups with a wide brush except the group that they are in. The Tea parties are groups of people that want to stop the rise of taxes and big government. As far as I know, Tea parties are open to anyone reguardless of race, creed, or national origin.

Questioning Israel's actions in the world is not anti-Semitic. It's an interesting juxtaposition to suddenly relabel anti-Semitism as a characteristic of liberals such that any anti-Jewish statement makes someone a liberal!
I was at the April 15th Baltimore Inner Harbor Tea Party and there was a man there pretending to be a white supremacist. He was wearing a baseball style hat with the confederate flag on the front and back and he was wearing an actual confederate flag as a cape. I say he was pretending because he did not participate in the rally or even listen to the speakers. He positioned himself to be interviewed by the media. When I confronted him and the reporter, both were very hostile to me. Especially the reporter's cameraman. It is my opinion that the man was not a real racist but a provocateur from the left.
