Take a look at the DJIA. The day before Bush was inaugurated it was at 10,587.59. Six months later, in spite of the predicted down turn due to the dotcom crash, it was still around 10,500. 9-11 saw a 2,000 point decrease but that with almost totally regained by January, 2002.
And continue it's climb from there to reach a high point over 14,000.
Market values have peaks and valleys, but if you will research the DJIA, you will find a clear tie to the DJIA average falling to the actions of the Congress after the Democrats took control in January, 2007.
The DJIA is a clear indicator of the faith the market has in an administration. Currently the market is lower than when Obama was inaugurated.

It's the tax RATE for heaven's sake.
Cut the corporate tax RATE to 28%
like Reagan did and that will start

I was raised in an area where we knew there were illegals (part of the migrant workers that came in for field work). We learned to spot them. They always drive anywhere from 10-15 miles slower than the speed limit.
Here is what else they do. They get auto insurance to buy a car because in my state you have to have it. As soon as a car is purchased, they drop the insurance. Really not fun to get hit by one of them. No insurance . . . ever.
