Typical Blind Faith Fan Danny
3 and 10 in September if they lose tonight they will have blown their whole wild card lead and have to play the division leaders on Tuesday
When do you blind faith guys start to get worried When they are 3 games out with 4 games to play?
And Danny when were you invested with the power to judge other fans
You keep ignoring all of the facts that are right in front of you Danny keep telling yourself it will be alright you might be proven right but the last 13 games have shown us other wise.
Keep denying reality Danny if it makes you feel better about yourself
I believe I am actually a better fan than a sheep like you Danny. I want them to win but I am not willing to constantly give them a pass like you are. Yes that is it Danny you are nothing more then a sheep. Keep closing your eyes and hoping for the best it might just work. I actually hope you are right but I am pretty sure you are not.
Look on the bright side Chris, if they blow this and end up out of the postseason yost is most assuredly gone
I'm with Chris on this one...to be a tremendous fan does not mean you give your team a pass when they perform this way at in the biggest week of the season...pathetic...I can't express how disapointed I am in this team right now. Yost sucks, yes, but the entire team has absolutely gone in the fucking tank...just terrible.
I'm not giving them a pass. I'm just not saying "you suck" to them like some dumb child. Chris is behind them when they're winning, and against them when they're not. That is the definition of a fair weather fan. Obviously they're not playing well, and obviously their chances at the post season are getting worse and worse, but I'm still behind them.
I don't see Chris as being against them, Danny. He's an emotive guy and he's venting his frustration with them. Sports fandom takes all types, not just your type. "By defintion" a fair weather fan would be cheering for Houston or the Cubs right now, and he is clearly not doing so. Just because he says he doesn't want to watch tonight and thus won't in no way puts him in that category.
It just makes him more bluntly honest than many of us who will tune in despite our misgivings and cringe though the entire game, wishing we'd never turned it on because the experience is miserable.
Danny when have I said I do not like the Brewers or when did I say I would stop being a fan of them?
I have been there all year I have cared far too much
I used to get upset when people like you called me a fair weather fan but it does not bother me any more
See I call them out for playing poorly but that does not mean I do not like them
You just like to feel you are better than other people since you are a snob and elitist snob to be correct
I will be crushed when they do not make the playoffs probably more than you will Daniel but if you need to feel you are the better fan good for you Daniel.
And Daniel remember you are free to not read or comment on what I say if you and your superior fandom do not like it.

In this post. The "you suck" was directed at the Brewers, no? I don't think that's something a person should say to his team. Especially when they're like 17 games over .500.
On both sides, your points would be so much more well received if you guys weren't trying to intentionally be condescending with them.
But Dave we do not like each other so we have to be condescending to each other it is what we do.
And once again it is what you think that is right Danny.
What should I be saying then Danny if I am not allowed to tell them that I do not like their current play in my own colorful style what should I be saying

All I know is that the Brewers are sucking it up and some choose to be optimistic and others choose to be pessimistic.
It's my gut reaction that the Brewers have blown it and will continue to do so. So I guess put me down as a pessimist here. I'm trying to be realistic, and the Brewers aren't showing me that they want to win it.

Oh I dislike you Daniel I have going back to when I first ran into you at my old blog. You insult people and belittle them then act like you cannot understand why they do not like you or want to deal with you.
I would consider it a great thing if I never had to deal with you here ever again but since I am not banning people any more(other than Ched) I will most likely not get that wish
