I think you're doing just fine. We all have to be catalysts. And these issues are so far-reaching. Part of the problem is not delegating and not getting buy-in. The trick is, however, to not equate contribution to the formation of a solution with the expectation that whatever one contributes will necessarily be included. That is a huge dealbreaker for some folks and I saw that most recently in my work on small schools reform.

Here's something else I would add to your wish list.

According to a CNN report I saw while on the treadmill yesterday, there are cases where employers are discriminating in hiring based on credit scores. Can you believe it?

How about a law making it illegal to run a credit check on someone you are considering employing?
