See, it's just that kind of red/lib thinking that has this country so screwed up. How can you not see the threat this poses to REAL marriage? How can I in good faith find and make some lucky woman my third wife knowing that the institution has been degraded so? I'm sure my buddies Newt, Straight-talker, and Rush agree with me on this.

Thanks for putting it into perspective like that, mrgumby. I guess I had been blinded by the joy of my family and friends, but I see the light now, thanks to you and your friends. Marriage between heterosexuals in California is now utterly destroyed. I'm going to have to ask Mrs. Generik for a divorce as soon as I get home now, because who wants to go on living a lie?

Now it’s time for that same Court to return the rights of the 4000 couples who had their marriages illegally annulled in 2004. To do less would be the same as the Court admitting that it was wrong without accepting any responsibility for the consequences of their actions.
