In the '70's Saturday Morning cartoon "Thundarr the Barbarian" the Statue is shown in a decayed state at the start of each show, and there's an episode where the evil wizard Gemini imbues the statue with life (but better than in Ghostbusters 2) and an awesome flame-throwing torch! The basic concepts and story ideas for that show came from the fertile but sometimes repetitive mind of Jack "King" Kirby, who also created the Kamandi comic book for DC, as seen above...
There's a great shot in THE FIFITH ELEMENT that shows the Statue of Liberty not destroyed, but incorporated into the sprawling megapolis of future NYC.
Yes, although I didn't notice it while watching the film, there is one in Independence Day (it's very obvious in the CGI fetaure on the extended two-disc edition. Yes, I have the extended two-disc edition of Independence Day. It's not worth the bother, trust me.)

It's a political cartoon I came across in the book "Yesterday's Tomorrows: Past Visions of the American Future."
It's called "The Next Morning" and comes from the Feb. 24, 1887 edition of Life. It portrays the U.S. Navy suffering a defeat in some future attack as a result of outdated military technology.
My favorite has to be the Planet of the Apes one, simply because it's so iconic.
And maybe I'm just completely overlooking it, but I can't see where it is in The Fifth Element screenshot.
It's been a while since I've seen that move, but from what was said earlier in the thread I think it's that vertical-looking thing in the middle of the cityscape -- the point is that NYC has expanded into the harbor around it.

In the judge dredd movie and comics the statue of liberty was covered in grafitti, badly damaged and overshadowed by the far larger statue of justice.
In the movie version the head also contained a secret cloning lab. I have the "making of book somewhere, I'll do some scans If I find it
Also, I remember an issue of the MASK comic( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M.A.S.K. ) where the villian used his helicopter to steal the statues head and replaced it with an almost identical head, except the new head could open it's mouth to reveal a 4x4 car with machine guns

In the last episode of the TV show LOST: Season Two ("Live Together, Die Alone"), the crew aboard Desmond's sailboat -- Sayid, Jin and Sun -- sail around the island toward the Others camp. On the way they pass the ominous and mysterious four-toed statue on the beach. Sayid comments that he's not sure which is more disturbing - - that the rest of the statue is missing, or that it only has four toes.
Theories: The foot has a sandal on it, which gives a Roman or Greek feeling to it, which means it presumably predates any current life on the island. Perhaps it signifies a previous civilization on the island which was eventually destroyed, which means it is part of the "Palimpsest" nature of the island multiple layers, with different parts of different layers visible at the same time.
The four toed statue may represent the ancient history on the island and it could be related to Adam and Eve or other people of ancient texts. We don't know who built it or why it only has four toes but we should find out before the series ends.
One theory is that it is the actual Statue of Liberty foot. From the angle Sayid saw the foot he would have only seen the first 4 toes. The pinky toe on the Statue of Liberty for some reason or another is recessed. However this can be disclaimed because the The Statue of Liberty feet are almost covered by her robe; while there is no remnant of a robe here. Of course , there could be an as yet undiscovered amount of time to have weathered away the robe, so that may be irrelevant.
One of my favorite satue of iberty scene is on the movie "Remo William: The Adventure Beggins" where we can see a fight along the statue...
