I use Facebook almost exclusively as a Scrabble delivery system, so I have a vested interest in seeing Scrabulous survive. (I'd have to go off and be, I dunno, productive or something if it didn't.) That said, Hasbro's lawsuit seems pretty clear-cut and justified. I'm not too impressed with their own Facebook app -- it's flashier, sure, but that's part of the problem -- but I can see why they'd prefer to shut Scrabulous down.
