that situation is madness gerry - the banner on my blog is taken from that very ferry - i'm from duncannon on the other side of the river - the protests and marches etc. take it out on the wrong people as usual - i'm sure the people in passage east use the ferry as well, as do some of its businesses - eg. chinese takeaway which delivers to the other side. as far as i know they've gotten no response from either the County Council or FBD the owners. Avoid the whole area between the hours of 4 and 7 on weekdays - it might take you 2 hours to even get near the queue
