You've got to be kidding, right? Perhaps if this were 10 years ago, 1998. Cincinnati is way miserably behind the times and that's inexcusable for as simple and vital a practice as this.
Cincinnati's a city of many first, sadly recycling wasn't one of them, but I'm excited about Cincinnati's greener future.
Unfortunately these kinds of recycling efforts are not as widely present, across the country, as you might think. I applaud Mayor Mallory and City Council for stepping up to the plate for a greener Cincinnati.
