Despite the projected 'net benefit' there is the fundamental problem: we are in a budget crisis. There are numerous programs with a smaller price tag and larger economic benefit. Let's focus our attention on those. |

Christine, Aren't we in a time when government can work on many items, no matter how much or how little attention is needed? I think so. I also expect my leaders and city administration to do just that. It's time for Cincinnati to take another big step and reconnect with our former 'can-do' attitude. |
