Grammers was a regular objective after Cincinnati Symphony Orchaestra (CSO) concerts, and would be again. It is very convenient to Music Hall, and has excellent parking which can be easily overseen. Advertisement in the CSO program [which CSO should povide free or at very low cost, for the good of their audience] would be well received. And Paavo Jarvi has often noted that he is embarrassed by the lack of after-concert restaurants found in all major cities. The owners might even consiider serving a few Estonian delicacies. |

Actually, Sauerbraten would be a lovely addition to the menu, since we can't go to Berghoff's in Chicago anymore. I never could understand why the latter closed. They always had long lines waiting for the dinner opening. Maybe Chicagoans would come to Cincinnati for an outstanding meal? |
