2 questions:

1. Is the Flying J sign even in the city limits?

2. Don't we have an employee whose only responsibility is to enforce the sign code? I see violations all the time.

Yes, he left. As far as I know, other Inspectors are doing the job.

I think the Flyin J sign is county, which also has a sign code. However, they just put up a nice new Welcome to Great Falls sign right across the street, which sets it off quite nicely!
