Resolution 9523 October 18th 2005, another 1.5 million. Check City Coimmission meeting minutes.
This is mentioned in the Comprehensive Annual financial Report Covering June 04 to June 05
It res. 9523 is listed under
14. Subsequent Events. This is not the same 1.5 million voted on December 6th 2005.
Also a city official wrote to tell me that the 2 million from existing city funds voted on April 19th 2005 was maybe paid back by the GO bond of Dec 6th 2005. And lets not forget the $516,000 capital contribution that is also mentioned in the same CAFR. I have not looked at the CAFR of June 05 to June 06. Canceled checks would help to sort this out.

I asked about the 2 million.
The way I read city records was that there was 515,000 given to SME. (confirmed in writing by city)
There was an Oct. of 2005 1.5 million and a 1.5 million on Dec. 6, 2005. I was told that there is only one 1.5 million GO bond. The two million from existing city funds was "covered" some by the bond for 1.5 million.
