That's a good tip that you can call the attorney general. I've filed numerous complaints regarding telemarketers to the FTC, but I've never had one stalk me like you describe.

Milan, I've tried filing complaints with the FTC and I had the same experience; nothing ever seemed to happen. When I filed the complaint with the Oregon Attorney General, I had resolution in less than one week!

They're definitely my go-to source now for things like this in the future... Though hopefully I won't need them.
