You've got a far more symmetrical head than you're giving yourself credit for, G.
Centre row right gets something. Nose good, eyes the right shape & proportionate, prefer the shading to the harsh black lines for shadow & topography. I also find something appealing in the expression.
BTW faces are the absolute hardest thing to draw, and I mean in the cosmos.

Faces are hard to draw, almost as hard as hands and chickens (and, by extension, probably penguins). Which is why I tend to stick to non-rural landscapes... The right-centre one works for me to, it stands out from the others right away.

Hey, I didn't say they were *bad*! She's entirely constructive, is the above. Sheesh, women.
And NO! In the name of mercy don't draw any nudes of anyone resembling Anne Coulter! {In case it's implied, none of the previous efforts have bought said woman to mind).

yep - middle right looks really good. The very middle one looks like a really old lady with a very skinny neck!

In the book, Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain, it recommends that you turn the photograph from which you are drawing, upside down, as this makes it difficult for the brain to automatically interpret where eyes, lips, noses etcetera 'should' go. I have always considered myself a non-drawer but I remember this tip helped. Also re drawing hands, Jung had something interesting to say about the way people drew hands and their levels of self-integration, which made me do several studies of my own hand, which turned out ok.
Its a very confronting (for yourself) thing that you're doing and inspiring for others. Good onya.
