I love those calls. They start all high and mighty in a 'I know I'm right' fashion, and then by the end of the call do a wimpering 'well it was worth me checking just in case'. Either that or they kick off - which is equally as entertaining.

I made a bit of an effort today.

I love that dress - but it would have to be in purple or dark blue for me (probably not navy though)- almost as much as I love deflating the pompous consumer!
