It's all fun and games until somebody loses an eye

Beth (et al), I forewarn you that I am to continue using the GOAT comments space as an outlet for my inaccurate 'The Apprentice' (BBC2, 9pm) predictions...

Tomorrow, Raj to go. And in an unrelated incident, England to win 6-0.

Transport/music: Don't stand up when there are seats available, be careful with the volume. Playing the game. That is all. Good evening.

Shane, you are welcome to use my comments space as an outlet for anything that currently troubles you...

I'm sticking with Raj too, on the basis that I'll have to be right some week soon. He's as much use as a chocolate hot air balloon that bloke.

I'd forgotton about the football - will there be a clash? Can I learn how to use the video in time?

What an extremely nice-looking attic studio complex you have! Is it all yours?? If so can I have it?

It's *sort of* mine...in that it's actually Tim's...but I'm allowed in whenever I want, mostly.

Thank you for the kind offer re my using this space as an outlet for anything that currently troubles me... let me begin, I find it frustrating that it's so hard to get fish-free thai red curry paste round here. Shrimps, everywhere!

And yes, there will be a football clash... with Azerbaijan! (Poland beat them 8-0 on Saturday)

Josh Rouse is pretty cool, isn't he? He didn't make an impression on me the first time around, either, but he grows on you.

Josh Rouse first thing in a morning with a lovely cup of tea and nice company is a good thing.

The best team won. Very good combination (In that Paul didn't look like he was about to spontaneously combust).

Sebastian went. Unbelievable. I mean, I'm hardly a fan, but still. I believe we had a political vote - wouldn't be cool to lose the final clearly Asian option. It's a two-horse race - James v Ben. However, outside chance: bus conductor Tim, or whatever he is. Paul and Saira: both sleazy. Miranda: nice, but, who?

2-0!?! Rubbish!

Got round the curry paste problem.

As you were.

But in view of what Sugar (sorry 'SirAlan', tugs forelock humbly) said, don't you think James & Ben might be too posh for him? And Ben is sneaky & untrustworthy.

I really, really want Tim to win, and then to tell Sugar to stuff his job. He is so uncooth. (Sugar, not Tim)

Football was rubbish though.

Jamie - Sorry about all that...

Josh Rouse is wonderful, and if you like Nashville, you'd love 1972! He was at Manchester Academy a couple of weeks ago. Wonderful, wonderful!

Noted Silver Lining - I've now added 1972 to my 'wish list'.
