That happened to me - people were looking at me really irritated, like. But they were really good pork chops.
one track is so totally pavement. i forget which.
i heard one of the tracks (pull the curtains?) when i was at a british sea power gig the other night. only listened to the record once all the way through. it seems a lot heavier, doesn't it? they've been recording for 18 months, there's a full length record out in january, these are probably the scraps.
backroads - you're back! hurrah!
(Don't know what Pavement sound like, but it might be 'Florida'? that's the track that sounds least like Grandaddy)
joe - even after a few listens it still sounds like scraps, i can't see us not getting the 'proper' album though!
