It's all fun and games until somebody loses an eye

I hate losing a good dream. Always annoys the crap out of me. Oh well, least you have Belle & Sebastian on the jukebox.

The situation you describe is on my top ten list of "Worst Things Ever".

Hello again

It may be one of your (acceptable if unfortunate) Yorkshire genes but cake an fruit an ting have no place in Brer Trifle, think on !
I'm irrationally delighted that you were able to help 'C', isn't it nice when the bad guys don't win.
Your (Association Football) manager is a really very unpleasant chap. I guess , post Risdale or whatever his name was/is, you'll never actually be anything other than whatever it is you are now but I find your devotion oddly touching.
I've finished the Maconie book now, very average for mine, none of the magical whimsy and ego pricking of Cider and he is taking himself a bit too seriously. Rather like his chum Andrew Collins whose blog is the smuggest most macrobiotic thing , like, ever *Nods*

Oh, I forgot
Shins = V Good
FBR - not Tori, Jennifer
B&S - too arch and whimsyish ?
Jose Gonzales - who he, them please ?

Timbo & Johnb - I wasn't sure if anyone else would feel similarly about the dream thing. I love a good dream.

Walter - D'you know, I think I've missed you these last few days! Fruit, I agree - no. But sponge YES YES YES.

He isn't our *real* manager, and never will be.

If Maconie is taking himself seriously then I fear it will all be over between us. (Andrew Collins has a blog!?)

Jose
