It's all fun and games until somebody loses an eye |
It was pretty shabby of them to keep you waiting like that. |
I hope so too. |
Hey - buck up! It's not just about how good you were but also the other candidates. Imagine what the person who had the two hour interview (that pushed your's back) must be thinking. I'm guessing, "Gee I wish there had been more silences" or "When they asked me how I was- perhaps it wasn't entirely appropriate to start in the birth canal and work forwards to present day." |
Interviews are always worse than you think, you always think of better answers once you've left, and other questions pop into your head making you wonder why on earth you forgot to ask them. |
I was just going to say what Gordon said! Best of luck Beth... |
Fingers crossed for you Beth. It's all so arbitrary anyway. |
kissing - can't work out how I feel about the person who over ran so horrendously; partly I'm thinking they must've been fantastic, because they had so much to say...on the other hand the panel DID say they would stop me when I'd given enough examples of things, so maybe they talked & talked & talked without making ANY sense at all...just wish I could find out who it was. |
Gordon - I really hope I did do better than I think. There's been a rumour going around today that the panel were having to explain the questions to everyone as nobody seemed to be 'getting' them - maybe it's the questions that were the problem, not me! (and thanks for the tip, they did look as though they'd never been asked anything like that before!) |
MySpace generation eh? The panel ain't the only one's that are puzzled. |
