Jamie - they have dangled a carrot for the disappointed, but not sure if I want to play their game right now (will possibly actually explain this at a later date!)

Timbo - sadly not. it was all o'levels in my day, and I did rather well at those.

Gordon/andre/looby - Those were the general feelings around the office too, so you are very much in the zeitgeist with such sentiments.
(Infact LineManager (who is now talking to me again) used the very words "it's their mistake")
