Sometimes repeated provocation seems to have a build up effect that is not immediately noticeable, then things you might normally take in your stride can seem overwhelming.
Taking away voicemail won't have helped, it seems without logic and almost paradoxical in conception.
Were there any cases of Voicemail Abuse that gave rise to its withdrawl?
Not as far as I'm aware looby. The decision was made by people who don't understand the job the team that I'm in does, and apparantly because 'people' would rather speak to a human than a machine at all times. Even if it's a human who doesn't know anything about why they're ringing, can't help them in any way, doesn't know what questions to ask to take an effective message and may not pass that message on for several hours...
and winter - yes; no, it won't; and yes it does!
