He's probably been on countless training courses on how to field questions from uneasy feeling staff.
Normally a kick in the bollocks provides sufficient treatment and if that doesn't work, at least it makes you feel better.
I don't think he needs training, I think bullshit is the one area in which he has natural talent.

You don't expect an organisation to care about you, but another human being, manager or not, a little empathy towards you is the minimum requirement. Time to jump, you are worth a lot more!
