You might as well eat what you want and enjoy it, because you'll still end up dying, that's my philosophy. Who wants to eat alfalfa sprouts and mung beans for an extra years life??
yes - I agree...unfortunately I also don't want to be the size of a house...if I could only get over that hang up I'd be fine!
