WE is absolutely right. That's the best part about it. We wouldn't have the great opportunity to be with our kids as much without great stuff like Scouts.
Congrats S! You know that the Arrow of Light is the only Cub Scout award that can be worn on the Boy Scout uniform? Yep, it's a special knot that you can sew on and be proud of for the rest of of your life.

We just started Scouts with my oldest and it's all a bit overwhelming. I think once I'm more familiar with the program, I'll be a little more at ease. That is, if I actually remember to take him to Scouts each week! (We're going in about 15 minutes)

Arrow of Light! that is simply FANTASTIC!!! I would have loved to have been there. Having been in Scouting for 10 years myself, I know how much work goes into each of those awards.
I wished I could be as self motivated as S. He is one of a kind, but I also realize how much mom and dad help those young'in acheive.
