Good luck! I'd suggest frying up your bacon first, take it out (and drain it on paper towel) and toss most of the grease out so you just have a little flavor left. Add a little olive oil to that, use whatever's left to saute your garlic and dried chili and olives. Add the pasta and bacon, toss altogether and voila.

Yeah, don't I sound like I have attempted to make the Greyhound dish on my own before? Because I did! Hahah! I'm addicted to the same darn thing. Oh, and the bacon and egg fried rice is awesome there too.
