Firefox is a fukker, integration into the OS is a major issue and always has been.

Safari is good, ver 3 is much better than all the previous versions.

I use FF, but cannot stand the fact they still will not think about integration into the underlying OS, hello KEYCHAIN!!!


No I'm not imagining it. My Vaio was 1.3kg. This one is almost 2.5kg.

And I do know how to change the language and fonts on Firefox and yes I do know Firefox does have Thai fonts but Leopard doesn't install the fonts used by Firefox. So you have to download them from the links like the ones Daniel provided.


I'm pretty sure Mac Firefox supports Thai fonts. Try changing the encoding and choose between Thai Windows (blah blah) and other Thai encodings. Sometimes Unicode will be the one that works.

BTW, I think the reason it feels "waaayyy" heavier is because of the more compact build. It simply feels denser. A kilo isn't that much, IMO.
