You need to make legal charges against the owner of the Rots , if you don't it will just happen again. I would ask for the dogs involved in to be put down. These are very dangerous animals . She is breeding these dog with a bad temperment. If this isn't stopped no telling how many people and beloved pets will have to die for this persons stupidity.
I CAN SEE THAT THIS COULD BE A PROBLEM FOR YOU AND YOUR NABOR BUT YOUR GOATS ARE LOOKING TO YOU TO TAKE CARE OF THIS THEY CAN'T. TELL YOUR FREND IF SHE CAN'T KEEP THE DOGS AWAY SHE MAY NEED TO GET RID OF THEME. I TIE TWO GOATS OUT EVER DAY AND MY NAEBOR HAS TWO VERY HUGE DOGS AND I NEVER HAVE A PROMBLE . IF SHE LET DOGS LIKE THAT GET AWAY FROM HER SHE IS NOT CONSERNED WITH YOUR GOATS.YOU CAN'T RISK THIS HAPPENING AGAIN.LET YOUR FREIND KNOW AS NICE AS YOU CAN.
