Those should help you tone and firm up your waist area to lose inches but remember... a good fat loss plan will also help you lose lots of inches also

So here is the situation:
Exactly 14 days-- I have a performance on stage(musical/hiphop dance/etc)...Large Audience...
This was last min (and I have been out of practice but didnt want to miss this oppurtunity) or I would of prepared accordingly for the weight loss.

I used to workout regularly about 3 years ago and now re-started about 2 weekss ago I would say I go 6 times a week and lift well and heavy, building my way back up...also started doing 30mins of cardio.

I need to stay strong and energetic hence I cant crash diet cuz it will effect my performance...I weighed in at 204 pounds about 2 weeks back and now Im at 199pounds.
I am 5'10
Please help ideally I want to be 185 but more importantly I need to lose inches of my waist currently 35'inches.
Will this diet work? Any other suggestions- (My current diet is not so great and I used to eat about 3 times a day I have just started to eat meals 6 times per day.)

At the end of the day - Weight loss (fast or slow) all depends on how many total calories you're eating a day compared to how much you weigh so I really can't answer that question unless i knew how many calories were in that 1 big meal and shake but here's something you should think about...

How long can you stay on a plan like that? - Yes you may lose a lot of weight fast while eating 1 meal and 1 shake a day but WILL you gain all the weight back once you stop doing the 1 meal - 1 shake a day thing?

what happens if someone were to go on this diet, but only drink meal replacement drinks every 4-5 hours and one meal everyday of protien and vegies? will you loose more weight?

I am 5"3 and weigh 127.6 pounds and would like to lose as much weight as I can and shape up in a week, as I have to fit into some old clothes, which I wore when I was about 110 pounds.
Having a bit of extra all over is making me also tired and unconfident. I eat healthily most of the time and exercise (20 mins walking in the morning and evening 5 days a week; and then either playing tennis, strength training, yoga or jogging 2 x a week).
What would you suggest I do? How much could I lose? It would be great I could go down a dress size. I basically need a quick fix for the week but also a longer term weight loss plan, as I probably won't reach my ideal goal weight ( 110pounds) so quickly. Thanks for your help.

LEAN Red meat is fine (great source of fat burning protein) and Milk has been associated with belly fat loss so I see nothing wrong with including them in any weight loss dit as long as calories are kept in check

hey im a really picky guy so alot of plans dont work for me.

I would like to try this diet plan, however I have a problem with the taste of plain water. Can I add the green tea flavor packets to the distilled water and drink it through the day? And if so, will this also count as my fat burner, or will I need to take a separate supplement for that?

For this plan to have it's best chance of working...

YES -it has to be distiled water
YES- you need to use a fat burner and if you don't believe in them - tey drinking green tea as your fat burner

The rice is probably okay if it's brown (unprocessed) rice.

Usually.. it would be fine is you drank regualr water or didnt take a fat burner but... since this is an emergency weight loss plan - you need to use all your possbile weight loss weapons to lose 10 pounds in 10 days plus...

Since you only weight about 130 pounds - you probably won't lose 10 pounds in 10 days - it may take you a lot longer on this plan and like I've already told you...

Step 1: Regarding the water intake..does it need to be distilled? Can I not just have tap or bottled water. ?
Step 2 : Do I have to take a fat burner? im apprehensive about it and don’t believe in them anyway.
Also im an asian gal so rice is an everyday must. No escaping it  the thing is mum makes rice for the whole family so how much shuld I eat?like 1handful or something?

Why would you want to lose 20 pounds when you weigh 130? don't you look good already?

Everythin looks great - the only thing I would is alternate your calories by eating 1500 calories one day and then 2000 calores the next day or... 6 days of 1200 calories and 6 days of 1500 calories and...

As far as going out to eat - DON"T DO IT during these next 10 days to maximize your weight loss and...

Brown rice or unprocessed rice is okay (as long as you don't go over 300 calories a meal)

Thanks! so let me tell you wat i plan to do for the next 10-12 days and you tell me what i can change to improve. i am not working and want to dedicate this time solely to improving my physique.
first off Im 6 foot 1 and i weigh about 195 pounds, some muscle but also some fat mainly in my tighs, buttocks and belly, i wanna get down to 185-188 within 12 days. If you see something wrong or anything that could be improved let me know. itll be about 2,000 calories.
1. 45 min jog
2. 10AM breakfast...oatmeal with water, blueberrys green thea
3. 10:30AM some of your suggested workouts with dumbells at least 1 hour
4. protein shake after workout
5. 2:00 PM Lunch....fruit chicken or fish plus vegetables and brown rice
6. walk then relax, hangout etc..
7. 5;00 Snack fruit plus nuts
8. 8:00 dinner....salmon plus asperegas or spinach and or other vegetable
9. walk after dinner
10. green thea
plus ice cold water throughout day.
Im going home and going to see all my friends and family so its real important for me to maximize these next 12 days.

I'm not sure, when to eat all these foods, and how much of it...can we eat high fibre foods like rice at night? won't that put on weight? It'll be easier for me, if I could stick to a day to day plan, and another thing, what do I eat when I go out?

1. the 45min jog is OK only IF you haven't done it in a while or if it's a brand new exercsie for you and if it's not - you may not burn as many calories since your body is used to the exercise and...

2. the amount of weight you lose all depends on how overweight you are


This seems really interesting! thank you. I will try it for the next 2 weeks, but does doing a 45 min jog count 5 or 6 times a week as a good weight loss workout plus ill work my body doing calestetics a lot (meaning once or twice a day). Do u really think i can change that much in 14 days following this diet to perfection? ecause i got fat in my belly, face and this i have to get rid of.

Any baked (not fried) meats are good like baked chicken or turkey.

Nothing should happen to you if you workout above your recommended heart rate even if you're comfortable and you'll just end up burning more calories (a good thing)
