80 CALORies per 4 cups is a good estimate and your are correct... you probably would burn 100+ calories doing that but only think of green tea as a "supplement".

I have a question. This is my routine everyday, and I was wondering if this is right for me of if i am over doing it. In the morning I would take my fat burning pill and drink my protein shake and start working out. Than later in the afternoon I would take my multivitamin, appetite suppressant diet pill, and my protein shake. Am I over doing it? If so, what should i do?

I have a concern about my weight loss and the amount of protein I am eating. I have been working hard since January, working out 5-7 days a week twice a day moring & evening. I am eating every 2-3 hours small meals or snacks you would say and drinking up to a gallon of water a day. The small meals that I am eating consist of lite yogurt,Fruit, vegtables, string cheese, 100 cal packs, Low cal soups,tuna & for supper sweet potatoe's and a protein for exaqmple. I have lost 20 lbs & several iches since Jan 5th. However, I have noticed that my weight loss is slowing down from 5 -6 lbs a week to only about 3 and my hair is falling out. It's hard for me to calculate the % of protein I need. Your site says 186 grams a day or 37 grams per meal. Is there a easy way to calculate this? Could it be that I am not getting enough and it is causing hair loss & plateau? I would like to loose at least 50 more lbs. I am currently 212 & 5'8". I will start the inteveral training & up the protein but what else can i do? Can you work out to much and cause your body to slow down?

You can't spot reduce or pick and choose where you lose weight from so when you lose weight - you always lose weight all over but everybody loses weight in different places when they lose so who knows...

Ive struggled with my weight for many years and have just read through your site and think your tips sound wonderful! I am desperate to loose my last 11-15 pounds. Im 23 years old and currently weigh 150 pounds and am 168cm tall. I carry a lot of weight around my thighs and am very small up the top, very much an hourglass figure. I have also suffered from 'cystic ovaries' in my teens, I am now all clear, I believe this may have played a part in my teen weight gain. I try to drink at least 2 litres of water a day and go to the gym at least 4 times a week. I also only eat carbs in the morning, such as bran or oatmeal. (although i do pour myself a very large portion!) I try to change my workout routines each day. Do you have any other tips for me?

I thought about doing a detox, like a colon cleanse to jumpstart my diet, do you recommend this, if so, is there any product or recipe you can recommend?
Also, I really don't have time to just dedicate an hour a day to get in cardio or do some toning exercises.
