Do I have to take the multivitamin? Because I'm drinking the soy protein shake. Are they the same? Why is it that I don't need to take the fat burner pills? Is it because I'm kinda over weight and burn alot? |

I'm 5'6 and weigh 200 pounds. I eat 1200 calories per day and I burn at least 500. Am I taking too much stuff in body? like diet pills, fat burner pills, protein shakes, and multivitamin? |

I have a question. This is my routine everyday, and I was wondering if this is right for me of if i am over doing it. In the morning I would take my fat burning pill and drink my protein shake and start working out. Than later in the afternoon I would take my multivitamin, appetite suppressant diet pill, and my protein shake. Am I over doing it? If so, what should i do? |

Hi Adrian, i work out on weights 5 days a week and after my workout i get on the tread mill and walk at a fast pace for 30 minutes, is this fine to lose weight or do i need to run on the tread mill thank you, |

ihave been stuck to 1200 calories every day for the last 2 years i'd say...i walk in the morning and if possibly in the afternoon..i eat healthy non-oily food, including those containing fiber and i eat chicken at about 8 every night because its mainly proteins..yet i cant lose any weight..what can i do? |

Hello Adrian I am 5'2'', 20 years old and currently weigh 196. I gained 50lbs during my pregancy with my daughter and since she was born 8 months ago I havn't been able to lose a pound. Most of my weight is in my upper body and thighs. I am a full time college student and work part time in retail and dont have alot of spare time. My goal weight is 140 and I want to do whatever it takes to get there. What is the best advice that you can give me? |

Hi Adrian, thank you for your site, it is extremely informative. COuld you give me some advice please, I am 23 in Australia, I just had two babies very close together, still 8 months after my last child birth I am still 10 kilograms overweight, I am very lazy and dont have the energy to get out and walk in my neighbourhood. Can you suggest anything to help me shed the last 10 kilograms so I can get my pre baby body back. |

I'm 36, 5'3" and currently 150lbs. I'm on a low carb Dr. monitored program (Protien Sparing Modified Fast)...I have about 40 pounds to lose overall (of which I've already lost 10)...my diet is probably around 700-800 calories, even though I'm an intermiediate exerciser I do not have lots of energy to workout while on this diet..but I do want to do the right kind of exercises to tone my muscles while on this program so that I don't end up with loose flab. I'm just not sure what kind...should they be fat burning (but i'm already burning fast 24/7 on this program) or just muscle toning..will appreciate your input |

I work out rarely (only 2 hours a week) and i need to start a diet, should i start with a high-protein diet and begin to replace diet sodas with water or should i exercise more often or both? I would like to begin exercising but my gym only allows 16+ so im going to wait for my birthday in march before exercising there. |

Hi! I am a 31 year old mother of 3. I have always been around 115 pounds, even after my kids were born. I always considered myself lucky as I hardly ever exercised. In 2006, I had knee surgery, and it has set me back extensively. I am now 140 pounds and hate every inch of me. I am 5'6" tall, and at my ideal weight...according to doctors...however not according to me! I want my body back! I have started your exercise program for the "lose the last 10 pounds" program. I do NOT like water and most of the time will get sick, physically, when i drink it. What can I substitute for it? Also, I am only mainly concerned about the fat pouch on my lower abs.
