hey i love your tips they sound like they will really help me and my mom.
im a teenager. i just want to loose probably 10 to 15 lbs. my mom would like to loose weight to and maybe together. is there anything we should grab at the food store? i also took the fat % test and it said i was at 33.5 % fat. im 135 lbs. and 5'5" is that correct?

At your height and weight - you're not overweight and you LOOK JUST FINE and... going down to 100 pounds may be unhealthy for you

i had a quick question.
i am currently taking phentermine 37.5mg, a fat burner and a water pill. Do you think if i started to take green tea pills and drink soy protein shake, will that help me lose weight? My 21st bday is in May and i want to feel great. Can you please help me? (oh i also have started getting on the treadmill everyday for 30mins at 3.8 mph and doing 60crunches.)

I am trying so hard to lose 20lbs. I changed my diet, I eat more salads, chicken, fruit and veggies. I hit a plateu. I lost 4.5 lbs and now it's slowing down. I run everyday on my treadmill for at least 15 minutes, sometimes longer, it depends on my two kids. I feel like why even bother if I'm not losing. Everyone keeps saying it will happen. Will it? What am I doing wrong. Please help me. Thank you very much.

I have lost 200 lbs from 2005 to now. And no matter what I do, I am stuck with the last 70-100 lbs. I am at 209-212 give or take. I need to be at 97-105 according to my BMI. I don't eat junk food, I relish in my vegetables, fish, chicken. I don't eat red meats, I don't eat a lot of pasta and breads. I don't drink sodas. I drink water and juice (the juice had no sugar or salt) I don't get it. I even joined a gym.
